We offer customised tours for your school, club, group or family. You can enjoy a combined tour of the Enniscoe House and Ornamental and Organic Gardens, or create your own unique itinerary by choosing the attractions that interest you most.

Tours of this historic house are conducted by the owners, Susan Kellett and her son DJ. The house has been in the family since it was built in the 1790’s and Susan and DJ have a wealth of knowledge to share about the history of the building and its contents.
The walled ornamental garden was restored in the 1990’s, with funding from the Great Gardens of Ireland Restoration Programme. The gardens are set out to the original garden plan dating back to the 1800’s, and contain many heritage plants and uncommon varieties. Susan or DJ will conduct the tour, discuss the history of the garden and architectural features from the gardens’ original design as well as the current feature plants.
Restored alongside the ornamental garden, this 2 acre walled garden has been certified organic since 1995 and produces a variety of organic produce throughout the year. The organic garden tour will be conducted by Aine Bell, our head Organic Gardener, discussing all aspects of organic gardening and even providing samples of produce for you to enjoy!
