Get off the beaten track and explore the North Mayo Heritage Centre and our beautiful surroundings. Set in mature woodland on the Enniscoe House estate, we are located off the R315 between Crossmolina and Lahardane.

Entrance to the Gardens is free of charge (open until the end of October)
Organic produce can be purchased from the Shop during opening hours.

The trailhead of the The National Loop Walks – Enniscoe is located in the Heritage Centre carpark. The loop walks (maintained by the Enniscoe Estate and partners) are open all day every day. They can be wet and muddy, particularly during the winter months.

Tours

We offer customisable tours for your school, club, group, or family. You can enjoy a combined tour of Enniscoe House and the Ornamental and Organic Garden, or create a personalised experience by selecting the attractions that interest you the most.

Gardens

Both the Organic and Ornamental Gardens are situated within the three-acre walled garden of Enniscoe House which was first laid out in the 1840s. Today the garden is divided into two parts; one acre of ornamental garden and two acres of organic fruit and vegetables garden.

The Enniscoe Loop Walks offer two options for a peaceful and relaxing walk offering lovely views of Loch Conn and a wealth of beautiful woodland scenery. 

Café

If you’ve not been to the café before then you are in for a treat, literally. As well as enjoying the hospitality of Danny and his team, you’ll be able to enjoy the beautiful gardens from the café patio seating area and sample the varied menu of breakfast, lunches, snacks and treats as well as daily specials, tea and coffee.
